Modify yard block tool
You can modify the shape and position of yard elements any time, as follows:
Move stack blocks, rail tracks, and berth markers.
Rotate stack blocks, rail plans, and trail tracks.
Reshape non-stack blocks, track plans, and berths by pulling their handles.
The rectangular shape of stack blocks (such as straddle, RTG, ASC, forklift, and chassis blocks) depends upon the number of rows (sections) and columns (stacks) in a block. Therefore, you cannot reshape stack blocks the same way that you reshape non-stack blocks (by pulling a rectangle's handles). Instead, to reshape a stack block, you must edit the number of rows and columns.
To modify yard elements:
Click (the modify block tool).
Click the element that you want to modify.
The element borders change to a white outline. For most elements, N4 also displays handles that you can use to reshape the form.
Do any of the following:
To move the element, move the cursor over its center point, indicated by an orange dot outlined in black, and drag it to the correct position in the yard.
To reshape the element, click and then drag any of its handles.
To rotate the element, click the handle at the bottom right corner and swivel the element in either direction.
